Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the online store https://tucketts.pl operated by True Soul Maciej Mocek.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
  2. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer (or a third party indicated by the Consumer) takes possession of the Goods.

2. How to Return an Item

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must:

  • inform the Store by email: info@truesoul.pl
  • return the Goods to the following address:

3. Conditions for Returns

Returned Goods must:

  • be unused
  • be in original condition
  • have all tags attached
  • be returned in original or secure packaging

For hygiene reasons, socks must not be worn or used.

The Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The Consumer bears the cost of returning the Goods.
  • The Store does not accept:
    • cash-on-delivery returns
    • returns sent to parcel lockers

5. Refunds

  1. Refunds are issued:
  • within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice
  • after receiving the returned Goods (or proof of return)
  1. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  2. If the Consumer selected a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard option, only the cost of the cheapest delivery method will be refunded.

6. Diminished Value

The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in value of the Goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


7. Exchanges

The Store does not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

  • return the original product
  • place a new order

8. Complaints and Defective Goods

If the Goods are defective or non-compliant, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint in accordance with the Terms of Service.

In such cases:

  • the Store covers return shipping costs if the complaint is accepted

9. Business Customers (B2B)

  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to Business Customers unless otherwise agreed.
  2. Returns for Business Customers may be accepted only:
  • on an individual basis
  • upon prior agreement with the Store
