These Terms of Service govern the use of the online store available at https://tucketts.pl (the “Store”), operated by:

1. General Provisions
- These Terms define the rules for:
- using the Store
- placing orders
- delivery of Goods
- payment conditions
- withdrawal from contracts
- complaint procedures
- The Store sells goods to:
- consumers (B2C)
- businesses (B2B)
- All Goods offered:
- are brand new
- come from legal sources
- are free from defects
- Prices:
- are in Polish złoty (PLN)
- include VAT
- exclude delivery costs (shown at checkout)

The Seller reserves the right to:
- change prices
- introduce new products
- run or cancel promotions
These changes do not affect existing orders.
- The Customer is required to comply with these Terms.
2. Technical Requirements
To use the Store, you need:
- an internet-enabled device
- a modern web browser
- an active email account
- cookies and JavaScript enabled
3. Definitions
- Customer – any individual or business purchasing Goods
- Consumer – an individual acting outside their business activity
- Business Customer (B2B) – a Customer purchasing for business purposes
- Goods – products offered in the Store
- Order – a declaration of intent to purchase Goods

4. Customer Account
- Creating an account is optional.
- The account service is free of charge.
- The Customer may delete their account at any time.
- The Store may suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms.
5. Newsletter
- Subscription is voluntary.
- The service is free of charge.
- The Customer may unsubscribe at any time.
6. Placing Orders
- Orders are placed via the Store.
- Required data includes:
- name
- address
- phone number
- company details (for B2B)
- Order confirmation is sent by email.
- The contract is concluded upon confirmation.
- If Goods are unavailable:
- the Customer is informed
- payment is refunded within 14 days
7. Payment
Available methods:
- bank transfer
- online payments (Shopify Payments, Stripe, Przelewy24)
If payment is not received within 14 days, the order may be cancelled.
8. Delivery
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer.
- Processing time: up to 5 business days + delivery time.
- Delivery providers may include courier services, postal operators, or parcel lockers.
- The Customer should check the shipment upon receipt.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)
- Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without reason.
- To withdraw:
- notify the Store
- return the Goods
- Goods must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- with tags
- properly packaged
- The Consumer bears return shipping costs.
- Refunds:
- within 14 days
- same payment method
- include cheapest delivery option
- The Consumer is liable for diminished value due to excessive use.
10. Complaints and Defects
- The Seller is liable for non-conformity of Goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law.
- Complaints may be submitted:
- by email: info@truesoul.pl
- in writing to the Seller’s address
- The Customer should return defective Goods.
- The Seller responds within 14 days.
- If accepted, the Seller may:
- repair
- replace
- reduce price
- refund
- If rejected, the Customer bears return costs.
- Consumers retain statutory rights.
Important – Business Customers (B2B)
- For Business Customers, liability and remedies may be limited in accordance with Section 11.
11. Business Customers (B2B) – Limitation of Rights and Liability
- Applies to Customers purchasing for business purposes.
11.1 No Right of Withdrawal
Business Customers are not entitled to a 14-day withdrawal right unless agreed otherwise.
11.2 Warranty Limitation
To the extent permitted by law:
- statutory warranty (rękojmia) is excluded for B2B
11.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted:
- no liability for indirect damages or lost profits
- liability limited to the value of the order
11.4 Inspection Obligation
Business Customers must:
- inspect Goods immediately
- report defects promptly
11.5 Individual Agreements
Separate agreements may apply to Business Customers.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

13. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes should be resolved amicably first.
- Consumers may use:
- consumer ombudsman
- mediation

- Jurisdiction:
- Consumers → according to law
- Businesses → courts in Wrocław
14. Final Provisions
- Changes take effect after 14 days.
- Previous Terms apply to earlier orders.
